54 Story Luxury Residences and 5-Star Hotel Tower and an unequal twin 48 story residential tower are designed as the featured towers in a 9-tower development surrounding a major Lifestyle Center and public park. DK architecture completed Architectural, Interior and Landscape design services for the landmark tower. The project is directly adjacent to Shenzhen’s New CBD in a residential neighborhood known for the lush landscaped streets.
